Hi! I'm Holly F. Lofton MD

A board-certified physician in obesity medicine and the Director of the Weight Management Program at NYU Langone Health. I’m here to help you achieve your weight loss goals

I know firsthand how challenging it can be to lose weight and keep it off, but I also know that it’s possible. I’ve helped hundreds of patients lose weight and improve their overall health, and I’m passionate about helping you do the same.

I began my own journey of weight loss as a preteen, and I know firsthand how challenging it can be.

I am also a strong advocate for the benefits of a liberal arts education, which I believe provides a 30,000-foot view of the world that is essential for effective problem-solving.

I am passionate about helping people achieve their full health potential, and I believe that a holistic approach is the best way to do that. I encourage everyone to take care of their health now, because your habits today are setting the stage for your health in future years.
